Multi-jurisdictional iGaming advisory
Licensing and compliance advice for iGaming operators who won't leave the outcome to chance
We support casino and sportsbook operators through licence applications, AML/CFT compliance, and ongoing regulatory advice across Curaçao, Malta, and the UK — advised by people who have held the compliance seat inside a licensed operator, not just around one.

What tends to go wrong
The risk isn't the regulation — it's finding out about a gap too late
Applications rejected for avoidable reasons
An unclear UBO chain, thin source-of-funds evidence, or a policy document that doesn't match the operating model — the same preventable issues account for most delayed or rejected licence applications.
Regulation changing faster than internal policy
Curaçao's LOK reform is one recent example of a jurisdiction changing its documentation bar substantially. Operators relying on guidance from before the change are working from an outdated picture.
Compliance gaps that only surface in an audit
A monitoring rule set calibrated at launch, an escalation workflow with no clear owner, an enhanced due diligence trigger that exists on paper but isn't applied — the kind of gap a regulator finds before an operator does.
How it works
A process built around your file, not a fixed package
- 1
Intake & risk assessment
We start with an honest read of your current structure, documentation, and jurisdiction — flagging the gaps that would concern a regulator before we propose a path forward.
- 2
Advisory & preparation
We prepare or restructure the documentation your file actually needs — UBO chain, source-of-funds evidence, AML/CFT policy — matched to your specific product and structure.
- 3
Submission & regulator liaison
We support submission and, where authorised, liaise directly with the regulator on queries raised during review. The decision is always the regulator's, not ours.
- 4
Ongoing support
Once licensed, regulatory obligations don't stop. We remain available for compliance reviews, rule changes, and the next jurisdiction, on an on-demand basis.

Jurisdictions
Where we currently advise
UK Gambling Commission (UKGC)
United Kingdom
The UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) operates one of the most demanding licensing regimes in the sector, combining a strict fit-and-proper test with an active enforcement record — a UK licence signals credibility, but it is also the jurisdiction where preparation gaps are least forgiven.
Malta Gaming Authority (MGA)
Malta
Malta remains one of the most established EU-based licensing jurisdictions for iGaming, with a single-licence structure covering both B2C and B2B activity through the Malta Gaming Authority — but its reputation for maturity comes with a correspondingly thorough fit-and-proper and AML review.
Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA)
Curaçao
Curaçao replaced its long-standing master licence system with the Landsverordening Openbare Kansspelen (LOK) on 24 December 2024, moving licensing authority to a single regulator and materially raising the documentation bar for new and existing operators alike.
Not a template licence bundle
Every senior advisor here has held an in-house compliance or licensing role at a licensed operator. That's the difference between knowing a regulation and having been accountable for it. We never claim to issue or guarantee a licence — that decision belongs to the regulator alone.
What operators say
Feedback from the operators we've worked with
“What stood out was that they'd actually done this job in-house, not just advised on it from outside.”
“They caught the UBO gap in our file before the CGA did. That alone was worth the engagement.”
Talk through your situation before you file
A short call is usually enough to tell you whether your file is close to ready or needs real work — and whether we're the right advisors for it.
